ASKAITOWRITE is an AI-powered writing editor that helps you improve your writing for emails, essays, messages, and more. The Service uses artificial intelligence to edit and enhance text based on your selected preferences.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free: Limited usage to try the Service
• Basic ($5.99/month): Standard weekly usage with standard AI
• Pro ($7.99/month): Higher weekly usage with standard AI
• Max ($18.99/month): Maximum weekly usage with advanced AI

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Usage limits reset every 7 days from your subscription start date.

5. Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your first subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

After 7 Days: No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time (except within the 7-day guarantee period)

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or restrictions

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the editing service.

Our Service: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by AskAItoWrite and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated edits will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all edited content before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASKAITOWRITE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
